Terms of Service

Welcome to Lessonfuse.com (“Lessonfuse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of Lessonfuse’s AI-powered lesson-planning platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these TOS.
1. Registration & Accounts
1.1 Google Sign-In
- You must sign up using our Google Sign-In widget.
1.2 Additional Information
- After your initial sign-in, you must provide a valid phone number.
- Only Maldivian teachers may register and make payments.
2. Payment & Subscriptions
2.1 Subscription Fee
- The annual subscription fee is MVR 900 per year.
- No monthly plans are available.
2.2 Price Lock Policy
- You pay the price in effect when you first subscribe. If the subscription fee increases in the future, your rate remains locked at your original annual price.
2.3 Renewals
- Subscriptions renew manually. We will not charge your account automatically—you must transfer payment each year to maintain access.
2.4 Refunds
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion for reasonable requests.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that a user has abused the service (e.g., generating or downloading unusually large volumes of content and then requesting a refund).
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to circumvent or tamper with our rate limits will be treated as abuse.
3.2 Abuse Detection & Enforcement
- We monitor usage patterns. Accounts with usage significantly above the average may be investigated for abuse.
- If we confirm account sharing or other abuse, we will terminate your account without notice and you will forfeit any paid fees.
4. Content Ownership & Uploads
4.1 AI-Generated Materials
- You retain ownership of all lesson plans, resources, and other materials produced by Lessonfuse.
4.2 Teacher Uploads
- Teachers may upload images (e.g., for “teacher ideas” galleries).
- Uploaded images remain your property and are used solely to support the service—you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them within Lessonfuse.
- Custom lesson-plan uploads are not supported.
5. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access without notice for evidence of account sharing or other abuse per Sections 3.1–3.2.
- Terminated accounts will not receive refunds.
6. Contributor Program
6.1 Eligibility
- Teachers who assist with digitizing the Maldives National Curriculum Framework become “Contributors” once their submissions pass our quality checks.
6.2 Benefits & Revocation
- Contributors receive free lifetime access at no further cost.
- Contributor status is permanent unless revoked due to account sharing or other abuse.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: Lessonfuse uses AI to generate educational materials. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying and fact-checking all materials before use.
- Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these TOS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
- These TOS are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
- Any dispute arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Maldives.
